HSF launch legal privilege tool built in Neota

We are delighted to announce the release of HSF’s English law legal privilege web solution, built in Neota’s no-code platform. Following on from the very positive feedback they received from their clients over recent years regarding their Handy Client Guide to Privilege, the team has developed a digital version that makes the analysis quicker, easier and more convenient.

Accessible both on your mobile and from your desktop, the solution guides users through a short series of questions, using the answers to analyse whether a document is likely to be covered by legal advice privilege and/or litigation privilege under English law. Notes providing guidance and interpretation of relevant case law are accessible directly from the question screens, assisting the user in answering the questions without losing their place in the analysis. When all the relevant questions have been completed, an on-screen report provides a handy summary of the answers given and the likely privilege status of the document.

For more information please visit HSF’s website.
