Neota’s new look

As the needs of our customers evolved, naturally, so did our brand story.

Over the past decade, Neota has built a strong history as one of the pioneers of no-code. Neota started by providing law firms, small and large, far and wide, with a powerful software solution, using robust expert reasoning and logic, as well as effective weighted scorings and rules to drive legal functions from onboarding, triage and completion. Today, Neota has expanded beyond legal technology and provides some of the largest enterprises and innovative companies with seamless tools to automate their services.

Throughout the years, one thing that remains the same is the emphasis on our users. As our customers developed how they interacted with our technology, we listened. We understood the impact of evolving changes on how our clients worked and knew it was imperative to adapt. Since delivering to our customers has always been an integral part of the business, we reconsidered how our mission and strategy could better reflect our transformation. Our mission evolved to, scaling expertise through intelligent workflows.

With the introduction of Workflow, new Word Add-in capabilities, pre-built Building Blocks and Templates to ease your solution-creation process, we are more excited than ever about what we can offer our customers. Our products reflect the maturing needs of our customers. As a result, our brand narrative also needed to speak to our customers in the same way.

We built Neota’s new brand identity based on cohesion and unity by removing unnecessary complexity, thus maximizing our capability to provide productive tools and resources to our customers. You will see changes to our brand identity, including our new website, social media platforms, as well as our email communications. Our logo will be updated across our products but will remain the same in how they run. So when it comes to our customers’ existing Neota solutions, nothing will change aside from the logo and everything will work exactly the same for you.

We are excited to announce and welcome you to join us on our new adventure forward.

Let’s take a look at the redesign

Our logo

The nine circles represent the formidable force that is the coming together of the three core components to create intelligent workflow automation – process, expertise and document automation. Similarly, these circles embody Neota Data Manager and the data points within any workflow solution.

At the very heart of what we do is our three core capabilities. This is reflected in the construction of our brandmark.

The logotype is based on the typeface Degular. Its ink traps on the letter ‘N’ and ‘a’ were rounded to emphasize warmth while remaining distinct.

The value of no-code over traditional software development

Having seen Neota's value first hand, especially during the consultative onboarding of new clients, it's clear why companies switch from traditional to no-code development. Many of our clients have used Neota for over ten years and find that no-code (or citizen development) has use cases across their organization - in legal teams, compliance, procurement, HR,…

Platform v. point solutions: Making sense of enterprise technology

As enterprise software adoption continues to speed along, a clear distinction is developing between two strategies: the ‘point solution’ and the ‘platform’ approach.  Both approaches have their merits, but it is nonetheless important to make sense of this distinction when procuring enterprise technology, getting buy-in internally, ensuring adoption, and ensuring return on investment.    …
