Responsibilities
  • Monitor Technical Support Mailbox and Phone Line
  • Triage and resolve issues or route technical queries to Neota experts for resolution
  • Provide regular updates to client developers in Neota on status
  • Maintain and share a comprehensive log of issues or queries
  • Create and maintain expert systems
  • Contribute to other client service matters as necessary and bandwidth allows
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience within a technical support environment
  • Experience in math, logic and/or programming
  • Computer skills/technical background
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
