Chief Marketing Officer

Neota is a SaaS no-code automation platform that allows our customers to build and deploy bespoke automation solutions covering processes, expertise and documents, without knowing how to code. We work in the legal, risk & compliance space, with top law firms, professional service firms, large corporations and educations institutions. This role of Chief Marketing Officer is to lead the marketing function of Neota and provide strategic organisational input as part of their role on the Neota Executive Team.

The primary responsibility of the role is to develop and oversee the strategic marketing and communications plan to incorporate the following elements:

  • Develop and oversee Neota branding, marketing and communications strategies aimed at

    1. Responsibility for developing and overseeing the strategic marketing & communications plan within allocated budget, incorporating
      1. Inbound leads: to ensure a constant flow of leads to sales, drive the development of marketing efforts for referring prospects that includes direct marketing, digital marketing and legal specialist involvement in external events/conferences, as well as working to help build a referral base. In conjunction with the sales team, provide effective delivery of marketing messages and development of relevant collateral to support the sales strategy.
      2. Advertising: drive development of integrated marketing and advertising campaigns for both offline and online mediums.to increase enquiries from target market,
      3. Digital Channel: to drive traffic, improve engagement and ultimately increase conversions on the website, oversee the development of Neota’s electronic marketing efforts using analytics, HubSpot as well as development of suitable tools and applications.
      4. Social media: Drive development of Neota social media strategy to build awareness and loyalty to the brand. Marketing portfolio, be responsible for writing content, analytics to maximize the content on behalf of the group, and reporting.
      5. Media Relations: Responsibility for media relations across the organization, including responding to media enquiries, and the development of a proactive media relations program to position Neota Logic and our platform as leaders in the space.
      6. Customer Relationship Management: responsibility for developing and overseeing a CRM strategy in conjunction with new and existing customers to build loyalty to the brand and improve the customer experience.
      7. Public channel: to recruit potential inquiries, oversee the effective delivery and management of public information evenings, increase the number and website enquiries, to ensure a high-quality service that leads to high conversion rates and effective promotion of the Neota platform difference
      8. Communications: Develop and oversee delivery of messages to clients, slide decks, website, e-newsletter content, materials and formal communications from the management team.
      9. Brand: responsibility for the reputation in adherence with the Neota style guide.

Demonstration of implementation of global Internal Communications Strategies

  1. Internal Messaging: in consultation with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Customer Officer and Chief Product Officer, develop key corporate messages for staff about organizational or media issues.
  2. Staff Newsletter: to enhance communication and engagement from staff across the organization, oversee the frequent and effective implementation of the staff newsletter.
  3. Staff Satisfaction Survey: provide input to the development of the staff satisfaction survey, analyzing and communicating results to key stakeholders and staff, and recommending improvements based on results.
  4. Staff Engagement: work with managerial team to enhance staff engagement with organizational values, and provide direction on overall organizational communication.
  • Demonstration of implementation and management of Marketing Analytics
  1. Marketing KPIs: Develop and monitor marketing KPIs to assess of marketing effectiveness.
  2. Marketing Database: Ensure the comprehensive utilization of the marketing database (HubSpot) to allow development of data-driven lead and location targeting
  3. Competitor Intelligence: Analyze current market conditions and competitor information
  4. Market Research: Recommend, participate and oversee market research projects to improve the customer experience and provide intelligence on consumer behavior.
  • Management and Leadership
    1. Executive Team: Attend executive, management and some team meetings to provide updates, reviews and input on strategic direction of organization.
    2. Staffing: Manage the hiring and training, including conducting induction for staff.
    3. Performance Management: Ensure staff are provided with regular coaching and feedback, are performance managed in line with meeting organizational values and individual/team

Technical Customer Support

We are seeking someone to bridge technology and customer service in a growing company. Neota Logic is a no-code automation cloud platform that allows our customers to build and deploy bespoke expert automation system applications, without knowing how to code. We primarily work in the legal space, with top law firms, large corporations and educational institutions.

This hybrid position requires teamwork and autonomous focus. The individual will be responsible for working on “no-code” solutions, logic-based problem solving, and first-touch support.

DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our global team remotely

Role will involve:

  • Managing and maintaining the Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure infrastructure supporting Neota Logic and its customers.
  • Tuning our cloud-based delivery systems to achieve excellent availability, responsiveness and performance.
  • Ensuring that our networks and applications are secure.
  • Managing backups, databases and SCM (like git).
  • Helping to document architecture, networking and security – both internally and externally.

Among other things, you will collaborate in development using TypeScript and React, among other technologies, for creation of innovative no-code web tools.

Neota Logic is looking for two QA Analysts to join its growing technical team.

Key Responsibilities

QA Analysts are responsible for:

Manual and automated regression testing of our web-based software

  • Analysis and triage of software issues encountered by internal and external users
  • Testing and confirmation of fixed bugs and new features
  • Creating, maintaining and executing test plans & scripts
  • Preparing for upcoming releases by understanding requirements, participating in meetings, etc.

 

Required Qualifications / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related discipline
