All Neota Logic customers have access to the Neota Logic Academy, a comprehensive and extensive online e-learning tool, which guides customers through a series of interactive learning modules. In the Academy, customers can learn the Neota platform at their own pace through hands-on video tutorials. Neota Logic also provides customers with a sizeable and continually updated online user manual.

Furthermore, to ensure customers are able to leverage the most from the platform, Neota Logic has a library of challenge applications. Through the challenge applications, customers can fine-tune their application authoring/ building skills to understand more advanced functionality that can be leveraged in the platform, such as web service integrations.

Instructor-led training

In addition to the online content provided by Neota Logic, the Customer Success team can provide standard instructor-led training courses with certification, or work with customers to develop bespoke training, ideation or design workshops and more:

2-day On-Site Introductory Workshop
The Neota Logic introductory workshop is a key component to getting up to speed on the Neota Logic System and staying up to date on the latest features. It is a chance to introduce new builders to Neota, reacquaint seasoned builders with Neota, to develop a first application, and to develop an application pipeline. The workshop walks participants through to the software development process, knowledge engineering, and teaches a hands-on to building and deploying apps in Neota Logic.

Day 1 is an introduction to Neota Logic and to the application building process. By the end of day 1, participants will have built two applications. Day 2 is entirely focused on a use case provided by the customer. The use case is built out partially while participants learn advanced features of Neota Logic, get to know design, and plan a pipeline of applications to continue working on post-workshop.
