Neota Logic, creators of the world’s leading AI platform to capture and automate expertise, is pleased to announce their latest venture to help reinvent legal education through their global sponsorship of the Global Legal Hackathon.
The Global Legal Hackathon is due to take place on February 22-24, 2019. Neota is a Global technology sponsor for the hackathon, and a co-host for the New York hackathon. The main hosts are Orrick and Microsoft, and other co-hosts include ILTA, ELTA and Wolters Kluwer. Our technology will also be available for hackathon participants to use as part of the Innovation Hub.
During the two days, the teams will be mentored by ourselves and other industry experts. This year, there is also a panel of senior women from the legal industry to support women-led teams, as part of the Global Rise of Women in LegalTech (‘GROWL’) initiative.
Register to participate for free in any host city near you and invite members of your network to join as well. Registration is open to legal professionals, tech or UI / UX experts, law students, marketeers or those who are just interested in legal innovation.
Kim Massana, CEO, Americas at Neota Logic commented, “We’re delighted to be global sponsors of this event. One of our core objectives at Neota is to empower law students, and other legal professionals, by teaching them the power of innovation. Neota has been running education programmes in North America, APAC and EMEA since 2014 and the Global Legal Hackathon is another avenue to bring about a significant change in this space’.
The Global Legal Hackathon provides delegates with a unique opportunity to work with other like-minded individuals from the leading legaltech vendors, law firms and corporate legal departments who challenge your thinking and take it to a higher level.
