Neota Logic Support & Training
Neota Logic provides training and support tailored for:
- Content Experts, who define the logic for Neota Logic expert systems
- Authors, who use Neota Logic Author to build the systems
- Reviewers, who test and review the systems
Each of these groups can use our illustrated online Author's Manual, which is comprehensive and user-friendly and covers all aspects of application design and development.
Trainees also have access to detailed video modules showing how to use Neota Logic Author and an array of Illustration Apps, small applications that illustrate specific features and techniques.
To help clients prepare logic for a system, we have a library of example logic plans showing how facts, conclusions, logic and outputs can be effectively documented for an efficient authoring process.
To support the collaborative development of logic plans, we provide the Expert System Design Center, a secure wiki-based work environment where content experts and authors can work together easily to design and document applications.
